Cancellation Policy

When booking with us, please note the following: • Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to allow us to accommodate others. • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible, ideally 24 hours in advance. • No-Shows: If you’re unable to attend, please inform us to avoid disruption and allow us to reallocate your time. • Refunds: Refunds may be issued for cancellations made with sufficient notice or in the rare event we need to cancel your booking.
