We hope you are satisfied with your purchases from Dynatech Group LTD T/A Consult.IT. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with your statutory rights or the terms outlined in this Returns Policy.

How to Return an Item

You may return items within 28 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

 

To initiate a return, please email us at info@consultit.uk with:

• Your name.

• Your order number.

• Details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Entitlement to a Refund

If your return meets the requirements of this policy, you will be entitled to a full refund of the item’s price, subject to the following:

• Any discounts applied at the time of purchase will be reflected in the refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Does not include Custom or build to order devices/services.

Processing Returns

Once we receive your returned item:

1. Inspection: The item will be inspected within 5 days.

2. Notification: If the return is accepted, we will notify you via email.

3. Refund: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.

 

If an exchange is requested and possible, the replacement item will be dispatched according to our standard delivery timeframes.

 

If the return does not meet the policy requirements:

• We will notify you of the reason for rejection.

• In cases of damage, we may offer a reduced refund.

• You may opt to have the item returned to you, with additional shipping costs applied.

Exchanges

To exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or colour):

• Return the original item as per the procedure outlined above.

• Indicate your request for an exchange, specifying the desired replacement item.

 

If the exchange is possible, the replacement will be sent once the return has been received and processed. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund, and you may place a new order.

Statutory Rights

This Returns Policy applies exclusively to business customers and forms part of the contractual terms of sale. Statutory consumer protection laws, such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015, do not apply to business-to-business transactions.

 

However, under applicable UK contract law, you retain the right to a remedy if the goods supplied:

• Are not of satisfactory quality.

• Do not match the agreed specifications.

• Are not fit for their intended purpose, provided this was communicated to us before purchase.
