We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Support Officer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations by providing high-quality administrative support across the organisation. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, thrive in a busy environment, and bring a positive and organised approach to the workplace.

 

As an Administration Support Officer, your responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. You will prepare and circulate internal documents, reports, and meeting agendas, while maintaining and updating office systems, databases, and files. You will also be responsible for organising, storing, and archiving both physical and digital records, and assisting with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other formal documents.

 

In addition to general administration, you will organise meetings, appointments, and events, including managing schedules for senior team members. You will arrange travel and accommodation bookings when required. As part of the office operations, you will manage office supplies and equipment, support the onboarding process for new employees, and act as the point of contact for internal teams and external service providers. You will also contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative activities and ensuring compliance with company policies.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or support role, with exceptional organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential, as are strong written and verbal communication skills. You should also have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello, basic knowledge of bookkeeping, or experience with CRM systems would be an advantage but is not essential.
